This workshop is for women who want to feel stronger, clearer, and more confident in their careers. It offers a safe space to share experiences and learn tools that protect and empower you.

We will explore how to set boundaries that hold, create agreements that respect your needs, and use your natural cycle as a source of energy and creativity. You will leave with strategies you can apply immediately in both your professional and personal life.
